Can Vestly put the booking in my calendar?
Vestly sends the client to your booking calendar (SalonLife, Fresha, Booksy or your own) at the right service. The client picks the time there, so there are no double bookings.
I have salons in two cities. Can the bot handle that?
Yes. You can add a booking link for each location and the bot asks which city the client wants when it matters.
Can the bot answer about contraindications?
It answers from what is on your website and in its knowledge. For health questions it suggests contacting you and gives no medical advice.
How does the bot know my prices?
It reads them from your website. When your price list changes, the bot reads the page again, or the WordPress plugin updates everything with one save.
