No. It answers only the practical questions covered on your website (services, prices, preparation, times). For symptoms and treatment it refers patients to a doctor or reception.

In the European Union (Hetzner, Helsinki). Visitor IP addresses are not stored and conversations are deleted after 90 days, or sooner if you set it.
Can patients book in the chat?
The bot sends patients to your booking system at the right service. They pick the time there, so your calendar stays in one place.
Can I set what the bot must not say?
Yes. Add rules (e.g. "do not comment on medication") and it follows them. Important answers can be added as golden questions.
