Do I need to set the bot up myself?
No. Enter your website address and the bot learns it on its own. You can add facts that are not on your site – or order the setup from us.
Can the bot give a wrong answer?
No AI is infallible, but Vestly answers only from your information and does not make up prices or availability. When it does not know, it says so and the question lands on your review list.
Does it work with my website?
Yes. WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or a custom site – one line of code is enough.
Which languages does it speak?
Estonian, English and Russian. It answers in the visitor's language and follows your page language.
How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan and enter your card. The first 7 days are free. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in a couple of clicks under "Plan & billing". Your plan runs until the end of the paid month. No long contract.
Where is the data kept?
In the European Union (Hetzner, Helsinki). Visitor IP addresses are not stored and conversations are deleted after 90 days. Answers are written with Google's Gemini AI service.
Is VAT added?
No. RITOLD OÜ is not VAT-registered, so prices are final. You get an invoice by email every month.
