Does Vestly work with WooCommerce?
Yes. The WordPress plugin sends products and pages to the bot every time you save them. With Shopify, Wix and other shops the bot reads products from your website.
Can the bot see order status?
Usually not – it answers from public information. Order status questions can go to your support. For Premium customers we can build a connection to your system by agreement.
Can the bot answer about stock?
If stock is shown on the product page, yes. If it changes often, the WooCommerce sync or a connection built by agreement helps.
How many products can the bot know?
Starter reads up to 150, Regular 300 and Premium 1 000 pages (each product is one page). For a bigger shop, get in touch.
Do contacts reach our newsletter?
On Premium you can connect Klaviyo, Zapier or Make so contacts reach your marketing tool – when the shopper has agreed.
